AGRICULTURAL MUSEUM

The Museum is located at the heart of the Jasin Town and is next to the Jasin Police Station.  Jasin was once a tin mining area and was one of the earliest known areas producing agricultural produce in Melaka.  This Museum is for the benefits of Malaccans to appreciate the history of agriculture in Melaka and its economics. 

Objectives:

• To conserve and exhibit important materials relating to the agriculture sector
• To be the center for research on agriculture
• To provide information to visitors on types of agricultural activities and its importance to Malaysia’s economy.  “Agriculture Guarantees Life”
